Anyone interested in Central Valley California water needs to study Miller & Lux and the Central Vally Project. It's a long and complicated tale of cattle ranchers, water rights, and Roosevelt Era dam projects. It also involves a lot of cry baby farmers. It's basically a headache, and I'm losing interest in it.

Birth control pills should be included in any drug plan that employers provide thought the Affordable Care Act. Every time some republican moron objects to that idea, a judge should include that person as liable for any child support in a custody hearing. Simple.
